The Cox family have lived in this spacious, 200 year-old rambling country house and 250 acre farm for four generations.

Good-sized, simply furnished bedrooms (two en suite) and ample bathrooms are available. Guests have use of two lounges, one with TV, the other a quieter, more traditional atmosphere. Evening meals are served if ordered in advance. Smoking is in the lounge only. Pets outside.

There are many coarse fishing lakes in this area, most notably Grange and Kilglass, which are also trout lakes.

Guests can trace their ancestry in the nearby Country Heritage Centre, or visit nearby Strokestown.
