Foxmount Farm > Waterford, County Waterford This lovely seventeenth-century house is set in attractive countryside surrounded by it 100-hectare farm, run by David Kent and one of his sons. The Kents are a most welcoming, friendly couple, and have been many years in the bed & breakfast business. The drawing room is very attractive with an open fireplace, and it is a nice spot to unwind over tea or a pre-dinner drink in front of a warming log fire. The dining room , where excellent home-cooked meals using the farm's own produce - beef, lamb, wild salmon, fresh vegetables and free-range eggs - are served in a party-like atmosphere, has separate tables and a piano. After dinner it is a pleasant stroll to the atmospheric pub under the bridge. Guests are welcome to use the hard tennis court and to play table tennis. Pets outside. Smoking only in the drawing room.
OWNER: Mrs Margaret Kent
