This substantial Victorian brick-built house is set back off the main road, opposite the Royal Dublin Showgrounds (RDS) in the heart of Ballsbridge, one of Dublin's elegant suburbs, a few kilometres from the city centre.
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the Sheerans are welcoming, caring hosts. The house recently underwent a complete refurbishment and upgrading of the rooms, and eight further bedrooms opened in the new extension. The en suite bedrooms all have TVs, telephones, tea and coffee making facilities, and some have trouser presses. The dining room, where a buffet-type breakfast is served, has a bay window overlooking the garden, and the large, comfortable drawing room has high ceilings with the original plasterwork.
The centre of Dublin can easily be reached by the DART railway, or regular bus service. No pets. Smoking in the lounge and designated bedrooms.
Rooms 23 twin/double/single/family; all en suite
